GLOBAL AIR REGULATION

Many of countries have to ensure their air transportation be familiar in global world. Same like Malaysia, we also want our air transportation expand and become familiar with other countries. So when our air transportation will be familiar at the same time we also had many competitors and get many customers to try using for our air transportation services. Matters that concerns in global air carriage relate to air safety and economics regulation. So, in this subtopic we will discuss about the safety that we have to concerns in our global air regulation and also the right of air carrier to provide certain types of services.

First of all, the first main point is the right to fly over a foreign territory with approval. In term of this point, the air carriers have the right to handle the flight and for sure they have a certain document that they have to fill the form to fly another country. For example, the air transportation carrier from Malaysia wants to moves the goods to China. So, only certain of air carrier have the right to fly and move the goods to the country. If have problem during transaction about the goods that they deliver, the China will be direct to the person who liable this mistake.

Then, the right to stop in a foreign country for fuel and repair. The right of air carrier is very special because already given this right. In foreign country only they have the right to stop at anywhere to ensure the safety of their freight with enough the fuel and to repair the freight. That is very important for each modes transportation not only in air transportation even we still in area of foreign country. For example, the air carrier want to deliver the goods but during in journey the air transportation have a problem that forced air carrier not continue the journey. So, they have the right to stop anywhere to repair without any detention that will give to them.
